Creative Psychotherapy
Jackie Angus-Barton
I am an experienced Art Psychotherapist offering creative, relationship-based therapy for children, young people, and adults, with a specialism in learning disabilities and additional needs.
My approach is gentle, flexible, and attuned, using art as a safe, accessible form of expression when words are difficult.
I am trained in Clay Field Therapy, a sensory, body-based approach supporting emotional regulation, attachment, and development, particularly for those with complex needs.
Alongside this, I work more broadly with a range of emotional and psychological difficulties, offering an inclusive and adaptable practice.
I am also training in Equine Therapy and can offer sessions with my two horses, providing a unique, experiential way to build confidence, connection, and emotional awareness.
I offer a containing, nurturing space to support growth, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.
Fully insured and Enhanced DBS checked.
